I’ll tell you my educated opinion, My son had 2 heart defects at age 12, and they made him run, I sued the school and won mediation. I asked for no money, just unpaid mandatory sensitivity training for all staff. My son could’ve passed away just like this poor child. Luckily, my son had a successful, very long, heart surgery to fix the cardiac defects.

My thoughts are with this boy’s family. That school is definitely facing a huge lawsuit.

He complained of feeling ill, stating that he couldn’t breathe, before becoming unresponsive. Emergency responders rushed to the scene, but Yahshua was pronounced dead at Loma Linda University Medical Center – Murrieta.

Yahshua’s family is demanding answers, questioning why a child not dressed for gym class was made to run in such conditions. His aunt revealed that Yahshua’s mother, a gym teacher in a neighboring district, had warned school officials about the heat on the same day.

The Riverside County Sheriff’s Department is investigating the incident, and the Lake Elsinore Unified School District expressed their condolences. Yahshua’s death occurred at the beginning of the new school year, leaving his family and community in shock.
