Troy and Susanne Borges Turlock CA die in murder-suicide in Stanislaus County

Troy and Susanne Borges Obituary, Cause Of Death: Authorities are currently investigating a murder-suicide that happened at a home in Turlock on Monday night. The victims were identified as 60-year-old Troy Borges and 61-year-old Susanne Borges. Both are from Turlock, California. According to reports, Troy and Susanne Borges were found dead in their home.

At approximately 9:30 p.m., police were called to their residence in the 1000 block of East Springer Avenue about an aggravated assault. When the couple’s two daughters, who lived with their parents, got home, they found that their parents had serious injuries. A daughter made a call to the police.

The daughters had been gone from the house for approximately an hour, according to Dominique Sanchez, a spokeswoman for the police department. According to a news release, when Turlock police officers, police officers from California State University, Stanislaus, firefighters, and American Medical Response personnel arrived, they found the couple had passed away.

After the autopsy, the inquiry concluded that Troy killed himself because he was accountable for his wife’s death. At the scene, the utility knife that was used was found. Since there were only the two Borges in the house, Sanchez added, only those two know the true motive, according to the police.
