He died on Saturday 28th October 2023 at the age of 31 leaving those that knew him devastated. He was confirmed dead through a Facebook post that says “On Saturday, October 28 at 3:03 (three was his favorite number), Trevor Hornsby left this world. Many of you are partly aware of his medical struggles over the previous 8 days”.

Trevor Hornsby was an alumnus of Oakland High School, where he completed his studies and graduated in 2010. Following his high school education, he enrolled at Middle Tennessee State University, culminating in his graduation in 2015. Hornsby embarked on his professional journey at National HealthCare Corporation, where he dedicated 9 years and 10 months of service. His career at National HealthCare Corporation began with a role as an Accounting Intern, commencing in January 2014 and concluding in May 2015, totaling a tenure of 1 year and 5 months.

Demonstrating his capabilities, he was subsequently elevated to the position of Staff Accountant, which he held for a span of 2 years and 1 month, from May 2015 to May 2017. In the following period, from May 2017 to November 2019, Hornsby’s exceptional performance led to a promotion to the role of Senior Accountant, marking a significant step forward in his career progression within the company.
