Sean Hughes Obituary: Sean “Dawg” Hughes, a resident of Parma, Idaho, and Former Deputy Sheriff at Hall County Sheriff’s Office passed away on October 28th, 2023, after a courageous battle with cancer. He was 56 years old at the time of his death.

Gerald Sean Hughes was born in Murphy, North Carolina, on May 15, 1967. Harry and Bivian Ledford Hughes were his parents. He was a good, generous, caring person who never met a stranger and who was generally grinning. Sean cherished people. Sean went to school in Georgia’s Union County. In the spring of 1986, he received his high school diploma from Union County. On July 11, 1992, he wed Joyann Freeman, and the two of them had 31 years of marriage.
