Who was Sarah Hogan?
Mrs. Hogan was born in Athens, Tn., on April 18, 1944, the daughter of the late Noah Jacob Barger and Peggy Elder Barger. She retired after 44 years of service from the Tennessee Department of Human Services. Mrs. Hogan graduated from East Ridge High School and Lipscomb University earning her Bachelor’s degree.
She was an active member of East Ridge Church of Christ. Mrs. Hogan loved her granddaughters and family. She was a member of the TAYC and CAYC. Mrs. Hogan enjoyed writing poems, traveling, music, and laughing.
