Who was Nancy Hubbard?

Nancy Hubbard was a worker at Happily Retired. She was a resident of Sallisaw, Oklahoma where she lived until her time of death. Nancy joined Oktaha in 1995 and retired in 2017. She was a cheer coach, a second mom, a shoulder to cry on, and, most recently, the beloved Neena of many at Oktaha Public School for the newest Tiger generation.
