Jonathan Tourney Death – Jonathan Tourney, a 14-year-old 9th grader and football player at Pine Richland High School, passed away tragically on Saturday, December 23. He died following a deadly crash that claimed the life of former Pine Richland High School student Taylor Orlowski. Jonathan was announced dead through a social media post that read, “Jonathan lived a couple houses down from me and was always so nice, absolutely heartbroken for such a wonderful family.”

In McCandless, Pennsylvania, an SUV carrying two adolescents struck a tree during the night, resulting in their deaths. Around three in the morning on Saturday, Allegheny County police reported that an 18-year-old man lost control of his SUV while speeding along Irwin Road close to Babcock Boulevard and collided with a tree. Six people were inside the car when the first responders arrived on the sceneFourteen-year-old Jonathan Tourney was taken to the hospital and later declared deceased, while an eighteen-year-old lady, subsequently identified by the medical examiner as Taylor Orlowski of Baden, Pennsylvania, was pronounced dead at the scene. After being transported to a hospital, the status of the two passengers was classified as stable.

Two more people escaped unharmed. Jonathan Tourney played football for his high school squad and was in the ninth grade. He was an energetic child who enjoyed fishing, ice skating, and all things sports-related, according to many.
