Jeff Luca Obituary, Jeff Luca, Twinsburg High School head baseball coach passed away following a motor vehicle accident in Pennsylvania. In a statement addressed to parents and guardians, Superintendent Kathi Powers confirmed the information.

Powers claims that the specifics of the collision have not been disclosed to the general public. It is his wife Jen and their three children that he leaves behind, one of whom is a sophomore at Twinsburg High School at present.

About Jeff Luca

Jeff Luca graduated from West Branch High School as well as the University of Akron and had previously worked as a member of the coaching staff at UA, John Carroll, Akron North High School, and Solon. In 2006, he became a member of the coaching staff at Twinsburg, where he was coached by the great Don Jones. In the aftermath of Jones’ retirement after the 2018 season, Luca was elevated to the position of replacement. Under his leadership, the Tigers achieved a record of 54-41 over the subsequent four seasons (the 2020 season was canceled due to COVID-19).
