Floyd completed his education at Dansville Senior High School, successfully graduating in 1979. He then embarked on a decade-long journey at McCarthy Tire Service, serving as a dedicated Service Manager from 1994 to 2014. Subsequently, he transitioned to the role of Service Manager at Main Tire, contributing his expertise from November 1994 until 2013. Following this, he assumed the significant position of Former Northeast Fleet Manager at Frontier Communications in Rochester, New York, making valuable contributions from August 15, 2014, until 2022.
