Emmanuel Dorsey Death Case, Kaomarion Kendrick, murder suspect arrested

Kaomarion Kendrick arrested after Emmanuel Dorsey’s Death – The man police believe is responsible for the death of Emmanuel Dorsey, who was 14 years old at the time of his death, is in custody on September 30. Cormarion Kendrick has been identified as the suspect in this case. During the annual football game between Griffin and Spalding, Dorsey was shot in the chest and seriously injured. He died from his injuries.

Kaomarion Kendrick was captured on Saturday during a traffic stop involving multiple agencies. He’s accused of shooting and killing Emmanuel Dorsey following the annual Griffin-Spalding High School football game last week. The shooting happened not far from the football stadium.
The Spalding County Sheriff’s Office said when Kendrick was arrested he had a loaded handgun with a full auto switch attached.
The Spalding County Sheriff’s Office’s Special Operations and STING units, working with investigators from the Griffin Police Department, have been conducting an extensive search for Kendrick, according to the charges filed by Spalding County Sheriff Darrell Dix. We were able to track him to an area in Henry County on Saturday, at which time we contacted the Henry County Narcotics Task Force to obtain their assistance.
