The victim in the Saturday afternoon car accident in Limestone county is now identified as Edgar Vega, of Elkmont, Alabama.
Edgar Vega was involved in a car accident that claimed his life at age 33, he was killed in a single-vehicle pickup truck crash near Athens Saturday afternoon.
Vega was reportedly driving a Ford F-350 pickup truck on Harvest Road in Athens. May his soul rest in peace.
