Paul Carey Obituary, Cause Of Death: Dr. Paul Carey, a resident of Stratford, Ontario, and the founder of Chiropractic Health Centre in Stratford sadly passed away on Tuesday, October 31, 2023. He was 80 years old at the time of his death. He was confirmed dead through a social media publication that read “Rest in peace, Dr Paul Carey! He’s been a family friend and our chiropractor for over fifty years! You will be missed.”

About Paul Carey

The founder of Chiropractic Health Centre was Dr. Paul Carey. In his line of work, he has served as an inspiration to many chiropractors. Upon graduating from Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College, he started practicing chiropractic in Stratford in 1967. Paul left his profession in 2015 after 48 years. Since the very beginning of his profession, Dr. Carey has been actively involved in the field of chiropractic.

Paul is a well-liked and esteemed leader in the field in addition to his passionate work in private practice serving his patients. In addition to being the impetus for the creation of the Canadian Chiropractic Protective Association, he held prior president positions with the World Federation of Chiropractic, the Ontario Chiropractic Association, and the Canadian Chiropractic Association. He has authored multiple professionally peer-reviewed articles and research projects.

In addition, Paul graciously donated his time to give speeches to numerous chiropractic associations across the globe and to be a renowned guest lecturer for CMCC’s graduating class of chiropractors in Toronto. Married, Dr. Carey has three children, David, Lisa, and Robert, as well as seven grandkids. In 1996, his eldest son David became a member of the team. The medical professionals David Carey and Michael Laframboise are pleased to carry on the heritage of high-quality care at 89 Waterloo Street South in Stratford.
