Dominique Loiselle and James Bowen Obituary, Death Cause: 25-year-old Dominique Loiselle of Brighton, Mass. and 25-year-old James Bowen of East Longmeadow, Mass. have been identified as the deceased victims of a wrong-way crash in Windsor early Friday morning.

Just after 2:30 a.m., Dominique Loiselle, 25, of Brighton, Massachusetts, was allegedly traveling the wrong way on I-91 North, south of Exit 38. When Loiselle collided with another car head-on, she was southbound in the center lane.

James Bowen, 25, of East Longmeadow, Massachusetts, who was riding in the front seat of Loiselle’s car, was also pronounced dead at the site.

A 35-year-old Leesburg, Florida, man who was driving the other car was brought to the hospital for what might have been minor injuries.
