Dillon was born in Norfolk, Virginia on September 12, 1991. He graduated from First Colonial High School in 2009 and Virginia Tech in 2013, with a dual degree in Biological Science and Psychology.
He was inducted into Phi Beta Kappa, the oldest and most prestigious academic honor society in the United States, due in part to its long history and selectivity. Dillon, who was always a scholar and pursued higher education, went on to earn an RN degree and a Nurse Practitioner degree.
