Brittney Martin, the Chief Deputy Coroner, stated that Delores Moskos, a resident of Johns Island who was 66 years old, passed away as a result of the injuries that she experienced in the single-vehicle accident.
How did the accident happen?
The accident was reported to the authorities at approximately 12:30 p.m., and it occurred when a Toyota SUV was traveling westbound on Maybank Highway when it went off the roadway and collided with a tree in the area of Sailfish Drive. The authorities claim that Moskos was the only person in the vehicle at the time of the collision, and they further state that she was not wearing a seatbelt at the time. The Charleston County Sheriff’s Office is currently investigating the collision that occurred earlier.
