Honorable Justice, David Salmers passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, January 23, 2022 while skiing with his wife, daughter and son, according to an online obituary. He was 67 years old.
After 20 years of practicing law in Oshawa, Salmers was appointed to the Ontario Superior Court of Justice.
