Dale Anderson a former Burton Albion football player. He was a native of Walsall where he spent his early life before moving to Birmingham, United Kingdom where he lived until the time of his death. HIs memory was honored with one of his finest goals ever scored at Eton Park in 2001 against Hucknall.

The attacker was known for his mazy runs and his ability to turn defenders inside out and outside in with his dribbling talents, which made him a crowd favorite at Eton Park in the early years of Nigel Clough’s tenure as manager.

Anderson, who was born in 1979, was a crucial acquisition for Clough at the beginning of his first full season in command, which began in August 1999.

The striker’s position in the hearts of Brewers supporters was firmly secured when he scored key goals in the 2001-2002 season when Albion won the Northern Premier League to gain promotion to the Conference. In that season, the Brewers achieved promotion to the Conference.
