He died on Saturday 18th November at the age of 18 leaving those that knew him heartbroken. He was confirmed dead through a Facebook post that says “Rip Corey Gordon gonna miss you buddy so crazy that your gone rest easy pimp”. He was a loving son and jovial friend that many loved to be around.

The goal of the account was set to raise the sum of $25,000 but as at the time this report was made, the sum of $35 has been raised with the help of 3 individuals. Payton will live on in many memories as a much-loved son, friend, and esteemed part of his community for all of time to come.
