Cooper Ingels Accident: Man died in a car accident west of Oelwein

Cooper Ingels Accident: Cooper Ingels of Oelwein, Iowa, has passed away following a single-vehicle traffic accident on Friday, November 10.

The crash happened on R Avenue west of Oelwein between 40th and 50th streets around at approximately 4:30 a.m.

Two young men from the area were in the vehicle that allegedly left the road and rolled over in the accident.

Reports from persons close to the victims’ families have confirmed that one of the men was killed in the crash and the other was seriously injured and air-flighted to an undisclosed hospital.

The Oelwein Police and MercyOne Ambulance were among the agencies assisting at the scene.
