Commodore Barry Bridge commits suicide, one reported jumping off bridge in Chester, PA

Commodore Barry Bridge Suicide – Law enforcement agencies are currently investigating a tragic incident that happened on Wednesday, November 1st, 2023, on the Commodore Barry Bridge in Chester, Pennsylvania. Apparently, there is a report that a man jumped off one of the bridges for unknown reasons. At the time of this publication, it is unknown if a life was lost as a result of the incident as authorities are yet to release any details.

The Commodore Barry Bridge is a cantilever bridge that spans the Delaware River from Chester, Pennsylvania to Bridgeport, New Jersey, in Logan Township. It is named after John Barry, an American Revolutionary War hero and Philadelphia resident.
