Charles Officer Death: Well-known Film Director and Former Hockey Player Charles Officer has sadly passed away. He died leaving those tat knew him devastated. He was confirmed dead through a Facebook post that said “Rest in power to a Toronto legend whose immense creative spirit lives on @thecdnacademy We are saddened to hear about the passing of Charles Officer”. The circumstances surrounding the actual cause of Charles Officer’s death have not been released at this time.

Charles Officer Career

He was well-known for his acting chops, which he has displayed in several projects on stage, movies, and on television. Significantly, he appeared onstage in “A Raisin in the Sun”, a co-production between the Theatre Calgary and Soulpepper Theatre Company. His television debut was in 2005’s “Bury the Lead” as Russell Tyler, and he wowed in 2005’s “Riding the Bus with My Sister” as Xaxier. Several short films, including “Black Tea in Bardo” (2015), “Overwatch” (2012), “Furstenau Mysteries” (2011), “Trouser Accidents” (2004), and “Urda/Bone” (2003), are also included in his filmography.
