Carl Tullson Obituary: In a statement released on Tuesday, September 5, Skadden (Law Firm) announced the passing of friend and partner Carl Tullson.

“We are deeply saddened to announce the passing of our friend and partner Carl Tullson,” the statement read. His cause of death was not mentioned.

Carl leaves behind his wife, Aimee, and their two children, Amanda and Christian.

Carl joined Skadden’s Chicago restructuring team directly from Ohio State University College of Law in 2007. In 2018, he was promoted to counsel and relocated to Wilmington to help lead the transactional side of the office’s Corporate Restructuring Group. In 2021, he was promoted to partner.

Carl embarked on his journey with the Chicago restructuring team immediately after graduating from Ohio State University College of
Law in 2007. Over the years, he achieved significant milestones within the firm. In 2018, he ascended to the position of counsel and
relocated to Wilmington, where he played a pivotal role in overseeing the transactional aspects of the Corporate Restructuring Group.
