Brittney Tavares Obituary, Fairhaven, MA, died on August 27
Brittney Tavares of Fairhaven, Massachusetts, passed away on Sunday, August 27, 2023, after a long battle with cancer.
She leaves behind two adorable children, a husband, and an entire community who loved her so much.
Brittney Tavares’s cause of death was Cancer.
Brittney and Ryan, her husband have been together for more than half their lives, having started dating when they were 14-year-old freshmen in Greater New Bedford Regional Vocational Technical High School’s class of 2006.

I don’t have the right words yet to express this loss but wanted to share her strength. On Wed they told me she only had hours left, eyes closed, body shutting down, hardly breathing… I told them you haven’t met my my wife. She had been fighting so long she didn’t know how to rest… so she made sure to go out like the warrior she is

I ask that you give our family, especially our kids if you see them or us out some space until I am ready to tell them.
