Andrew Long Jr. Death, Man from Huntingburg killed in overnight shooting in Tell City

Andrew Long Jr. Obituary, Cause Of Death: Following the incident that happened in Tell City, the victim who passed away during the shooting incident has been identified. 32-year-old Andrew Long Jr. was pronounced dead after that happened overnight in Tell City, a city in Troy Township, Perry County, in the U.S. state of Indiana. Early this morning at approximately 1:41 am CST, officers from the Indiana State Police, Tell City Police, and Perry County Sheriff’s Office responded to a call for assistance at a residence on State Road 145 in Tell City in reference to a dispute with a possible weapon.

When the police came, they discovered the body of 32-year-old Andrew Long Jr., who lived in Huntingburg, Indiana, shot to death in the driveway of his home. Due to the fact that the Indiana State Police are still conducting their investigation into what took place, no one has been detained or charged as of yet. His loved ones have been informed about his death, and the official investigation into the circumstances surrounding his passing is still ongoing at the time this report was written.
The members of the Long family have been contacted, and the investigation is continuing. There is currently no threat that can be considered immediate. The Tell City Police Department, the Perry County Sheriff’s Office, the Perry County Emergency Medical Services, and the Perry County Coroner all provided assistance to the Indiana State Police while they were on the scene.
