3 People found dead in Coniston home
According Greater Sudbury Police report – Greater Sudbury Police say three people are dead after an incident in Coniston Sunday.
Officers were dispatched to the home on Caruso Street at 6:30 p.m. Oct. 30 in relation to what police refer to as an “unknown trouble.”
According to police, they went into the house because “there were immediate concerns for the person’s well-being.”
Officers discovered three bodies inside the house after entering.
At this time, their identities have not yet been confirmed.
This is an isolated incident and there is no concern for public safety, said police.
The investigation into this incident is ongoing.
The inquiry is being conducted by detectives from the Criminal Investigation Division of the Greater Sudbury Police in conjunction with the Coroner’s Office.
The Coroner will do the post mortems in order to help identify the cause of death.
Officers will be searching for information while on the site and in the neighborhood.
